Meet Josh

Josh Verbruggen is a true Victoria local having been born and raised here on beautiful Vancouver Island. From a young age, Josh has been immersed in the local sports community. Born the second of the four Verbruggen children, Josh and his younger brother Nick were embedded in the local hockey programs since a young age where they both excelled. After playing Junior hockey, Josh along with his brother Nick, took their talents to Europe where they played in the Dutch professional league as well as later on the Dutch national bandy team traveling internationally to places like Russia to compete.
Josh later transitioned his passion towards woodworking, homes, building, and renovating. Having owned and operated a general contracting business, Josh gained extensive knowledge of building and renovating homes, and a keen eye for what can be expected or required when searching for a property. With a background in Business, Real Estate was a logical next step in order to further his passion for helping those around him bring the home of their dreams to reality. In 2011, he began his new career with Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty here in Victoria.
To this day, Josh still lives and works in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia alongside his partner Alana, their beautiful daughter Adeline, and their rescue pup Patch. Josh has the knowledge and experience in the Victoria Real Estate market to help put you in the best possible position whether you’re buying or selling your home.
